Fictional agreement between Horizon Advisory and Madar Trading for monthly contract reviews and document status reports.
2. Term
Services run from 1 September 2026 to 28 February 2027 for six months. This draft does not include automatic renewal.
3. Fees and payment
Total fees are EGP 180,000, billed in six monthly instalments of EGP 30,000. Each invoice is payable within 30 days of issue.
4. Termination and handover
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Completed documents and reports are handed over when services end.
